These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern your access and use of the website (the “Site”) owned or operated by TERRACORE CAPITAL and its affiliates (collectively, “TERRACORE CAPITAL”), each of which links to these Terms, as well as your use of any content and information available on or through the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately cease use of the Site and cease use of all information and materials you obtained through the Site. “You” refers to any person, company or legal entity that accesses and uses the Site, and any officers, directors, , personnel, employees, agents or contractors that use the site through that company or legal entity, whether or not such use is authorized. “Us” or “we” refers to TERRACORE CAPITAL.
